We function and work with our clients.  Each search mandate is customized for the specific role.
There are three main approaches:

  1.  Retained Search:  Our process and dedication is committed to expeditious success along with weekly summaries and progress tables and charts.  A detailed map of where each candidate is in the screening/interview process is provided throughout references and acceptance.  Fees are done on an agreed upon schedule, timeline, and success.
  2. Container Search:  The service and commitment is no different if a “Container Search” is the selected strategy.   The difference is that only an upfront engagement fee is paid to intiate the search immediately, and balance due upon the hiring of the successful candidate.
  3. Contingency Search:  A contingency search is the approach is used to engage the firm to perform based solely on successful hiring and starting of the hired candidate.  Usually, no formal weekly updates are emailed and the nature of the hiring process is fluid and dynamic.
    Reference checking is regularly performed by a third party, arm’s length consultant.  This removes any bias as there could be a perceived conflict of interest in the search firm performing an instrumental role in the background checking of a potential hire.
